Clearway app is a management of change software. Any alteration to equipment, a system or an operating procedure is raised as a work package, routed through review and approval before execution, and retained with its decision trail.
MOC is mandatory in chemicals, pharma, F&B, oil and gas, utilities and mining, because a local change can propagate two systems away. Most sites run it on a form, a mailbox and recall. Clearway commits the package to record on raise, dispatches to review group and named approver in parallel, enforces return-with-reason, and computes per-row ageing.
- Work package form: scope, reviewers, safety case, affected systems, attachments
- Conditional safety case fields, rendered only on safety review determination or equipment outage
- Parallel dual review: group (any member decides; deciding member recorded) + named approver
- Return-to-requester with mandatory reason, from either reviewer
- Reviewer inbox: group and individual assignments in one list, with priority and days waited
- Decided-by-me: per-reviewer signed history
- All requests: status, group, approver, affected systems, ageing; filters on status and group
- Group workload by discipline
- Cleared-package PDF, one click from any closed row
- Review groups are configuration data, not code — rename or extend without a developer
- In-app Guide
