Simple Visitor Management (SVM) is a free and simple app to track incoming business visitors to your organization.
FEATURES OF SVM
- Meeting rooms are user created, so remember to set this up first.
- View your visitors' meeting dates in a calendar view by month/week/day.
- Store business details of your visitors in the organization records form.
- Store business contact information of your visitors.
- Schedule your visitors' visits days in advance and at the same time, book a meeting room if required. Record the meeting requirements in this form, example; food catering or transportation arrangements.
- Perform a visitor check-in on the day of visit and record notes of the visit for future reference.
- View historical information of your visitors using the Visitor List View.
- You can manage your Joget users (internal users) within this app.
The SVM app was designed to work only in Joget Workflow Enterprise Version 5 or higher and on MySQL database.
