- An organization's Human Resource department can upload job vacancies here.
- Applicants can freely sign up to this site and upload their profile and job resume.
- Applicants can view all the available job vacancies and apply online.
- Employers can then view the job applications by applicants.
- Job applications with good potential can then be forwarded to the respective departments in the organization for review by the head of department (HOD).
- The HOD can update HR in the form if the job applicant is approved for further action (interview) or is rejected.
- HR can then proceed with the interview and hiring process and update the job applicant records accordingly.
